Commercial customers with Landfill accounts only. No Residential customers.

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM

All cars, pick-up trucks, vans, and trailers:

7:00 AM- 2:30 PM

All Transfer Trailers:

7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Sludge
7:00 AM-12:30 PM

Asbestos & Special Waste Trench Loads:
8:00 AM- 12:30PM

**All Customers Must Provide Their Own CB's,Hard Hats and Vests**

All waste materials accepted at Mill Seat Landfill are managed in accordance with NYSDEC Part 360 regulations and any special conditions set forth in the Operating Permit issued by the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.

Treated medical waste, friable asbestos, sewage treatment plant sludge and PCB waste less than 50 ppm are not accepted from outside Monroe County.

The facility is closed on all Sundays, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
